10 broccolini stalks

3 garlic cloves (crushed)

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp fine sea salt 

1/2 tsp black pepper (ground) 

3 tablespoon pecorino cheese

3 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup pine nuts

Zest of one lemon

1/4 cup parmesan (grated)

Juice of 1/2 lemon


Trim and wash broccolini stalks.

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients except lemon juice. Make sure stalks are fully coated.

Lay broccolini and pine nut mixture in air fryer and sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.

Roast at 375˚F for 8-10 minutes until tender and crisp.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top to finish.
