Preheat toaster oven 350 F.
In a small saucepan Heat honey and coconut oil on low to loosen the honey and make it easy to pour then pour over the cashews.
Whisk in half smoked paprika, half cayenne and salt.
Add cashew to bowl and toss with mixture.
Pour cashews on silpat lined sheet pan and spread out.
In a small bowl mix coco sugar, smoked paprika, cayenne and maldon and sprinkle on cashews.
Bake 15 minutes tossing every 5 minutes.
Remove from toaster oven.
Place on cooling rack to cool down.
